The company serves over 500,000 residential and business customers in New Mexico, Los Lunas, Greater Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Santa Fe, Clayton, and Silver City. The service also extends to tribal communities in Santa Ana, San Felipe, and Cochiti. Originally, PNM was known as Albuquerque Gas and Electric Co., but it went through many transformations which prompted the owners to change the name. PNM is currently a subsidiary of the PNM Resources, a privately-owned energy holding company based in the city of Albuquerque.

PNM Payment by phone
PNM phone payment is a simple and convenient way of paying your monthly bills. Simply call Western Union Speedpay PNM at 1-877-509-5938 and follow the prompts until you pay off your bill. Make sure that you have your PNM account number with you before you make a call. You can pay via electronic check, credit, debit card, or ATM card. Western Union Speedpay charges a $2.95 convenience fee to process payment.
Automatic PNM Payments
If you want to be able to pay your PNM bills on time or avoid late payments, automatic payments is the best option for you. You need to have you bank name, routing number, and account number to setup this option. Once you setup recurring payments, PNM will deduct payment automatically from your current or savings account on the due date. Go to pnm.com and login to your account to get started.
Pay in Person
You can pay your monthly bills conveniently at Western Union, Wells Fargo Drop Box, or any of the PNM payment locations. Simply write and enclose your check in a sealed envelop and drop it off any of the nearest Western Union, PNM, or Wells Fargo location. You can pay your bill via cash, check, or a 3rd party check. For you to pay your bill, you will be required to bring your latest PNM bill with you. Go to pnm.com and locate payment centers near you.
Pay PNM Bill by Mail
PNM also accepts payments via mail. All you need to do is to write your check or money order and enclose it envelop then mail it to the address below. Make sure that you write your account number on the backside of your check.

PNM Bill Payment Extension
One of the best things about TID auto finance is that customers can request for an extension of the period in which to pay their bills. The extension allows customers to pay overdue bill without having to worry about being shut down from accessing services. Simply login to your PNM online account at pnm.com and then click on the option, View Detailed Billed. Go to Make Payment and then select Payment Extension.
Once you file your request, you will get a prompt response on whether your extension was approved or not. If approved, you will be notified of the amount extended and the next due date of payment. Kindly note that accounts with past due bills or those setup for automatic payments are not eligible. If you don’t have an account, go to pnm.com and the register from the login page.
